Welcome to Temple Ner Ami
Camarillo's Reform Synagogue
Congratulations to our next Rabbi, Lisa Bock!
At a special Town Hall Meeting at the Temple on February 29th, Rabbi Michael Lotker introduced our next Rabbi to the congregation, and that person is our very own Lisa Bock. After months of talking to and surveying what the members or our temple want in a Rabbi, and after interviewing an excellent field of candidates, the Rabbi Search Committee unanimously recommended Lisa for the job. Last week the Board of Directors agreed with her on the terms of a contract, and the Board is proud to have her leading us into the future. Rabbi Lisa is just a few months from completing her Rabbinical studies at the Academy for Jewish Religion (AJRCA). She will graduate and be ordained on June 4th, and will become our Temple's full-time Rabbi on July 1st. We are pleased to also announce that Rabbi Lotker will remain on the Temple's staff as our Rabbi Emeritus. Our congregation will continue to be blessed by his contributions to Temple Ner Ami in the future. To read Lisa Bock's complete bio, just click here. There was an article in the Camarillo ACORN as well; take a look at the TNA In The News page to see it. As our Rabbi, Lisa will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our congregation. She is a knowledgeable teacher, a reliable advisor, and a mentor to many. Hire a Reliable Economics Essay Writer with writemyessays.com so you can focus on other important matters.
